Precise Psychological and Addiction Services does not associate this data to individual user identities.

In addition to the IP address/browser information collected from anonymous visitors to the site, other information is collected and stored when users log in to view restricted content or submit forms. This information is collected and used by a separate website that is used by Precise Psychological and Addiction Services for Electronic Medical Records.

The website used is SimplePractice, and a link to their privacy practices is located here, as well on their webpages. SimplePractice pages are clearly marked as powered by simplepractice.
